Halcyon has stunning panoramic ocean views from almost every part of this house, overlooking the Great Oyster Bay. The sight and sound of the ocean will soothe your soul, with a sundeck to lounge and relax on, life on the coast unfolding in front of you.
Location:
Halcyon was completed in 2011 and is situated adjacent to the beach access path. Set on a sun drenched elevated ridge in the beach community of Swanwick, Coles Bay. This is a sort after and prime location for uninterrupted ocean views and quiet beaches.

Cozy up next to the fireplace, while your eyes and thoughts drift out to sea or sit by the outdoor fire while admiring the constellations in the Tasmanian night sky (summer fire restrictions apply).
