The dining and lounge area has a 180-degree view of the bay and the mountains through floor-to-almost-ceiling windows.
There is direct access on to the sweeping balcony, a gigantic sixty-five-inch television in the living room and wireless internet throughout.

At the centre of this stunning property lies the kitchen, where you can see the view in front of you, as if it were a painting.
You will appreciate the modern kitchen with its oven and hobs, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave as well as plenty of workspace.
Location
At The Bay is located in the centre of Coles Bay, close to the ocean and only a couple of hundred metres from the shops and a good cafe.
If you can tear yourself away from the comforts of At the Bay, there is kayak hire locally and the chance to go surfing, plus catamaran cruises of Wineglass Bay. The petrol-heads among you will enjoy the organised 4WD tours, or how about a trip to Marla Island? This is stunning photography land, even if you are a rank amateur behind the lens, or you could just wander in this little Eden. You won’t be disappointed.
Bedrooms:
Both bedrooms are almost identical and have spectacular ocean and mountain views, a king-size bed, one of which can be configured to two singles if you prefer. Each bedroom has its own controllable air conditioning, TV and an en-suite bathroom.
Bathrooms:
Both spacious bathrooms feature rain head showers, heated towel rails and, in cooler months, underfloor heating.
Adult Retreat:
This property is an adult-only retreat and not suitable for infants or young children, however, people over the age of 12 are very welcome.
Accessibility:
Wanting everyone to have the chance to enjoy this property, At The Bay is a great property for guests with mobility limitations. This house is one level, with a ramp at the rear of the house and is wheelchair friendly.
